I began this company in 1994, after leaving the Army. Getting my start in framing custom homes. The largest project to note was that of John Mellencamps Lake front home on Monroe reservoir. This naturally led into many remodeling projects. This gave me a solid base of knowledge in all phases of construction, from the foundation through the roof. In late 2000 I was approached about a start up opportunity in a crawlspace repair business. I jumped in with both feet and never looked back. As we have improved and expanded throughout the years, our name has changed to reflect the growth of our company, We stared as a crawl space repair specialist ( A-1 Crawl space Repair ) but quickly started expanding into foundation repair and basement waterproofing ( Advanced Waterproofing ). After several more years we began to do all types of restoration and remodeling services. ( Advanced Restoration & Waterproofing LLC ). We have waterproofed basements and crawl spaces. replaced foundations, leveled floors, built decks, restored homes with flood damage and water damage, completed new kitchens and bath rooms, installed exterior drainage systems, finished basements, applied mold treatments and many other numerous home restoration and home improvement projects. What I have come to love the most about our business is meeting the wonderful people along the way, and helping them out. With out our customers there would be no business, and with no business we would not meet the wonderful people along the way.
